Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/4 stick oleo
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in the oleo.
    Stir in ground beef. Cook until meat changes color.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook this on low for about 20 minutes.
    Add mushrooms (chopped) and soup; let simmer, stirring occasionally (do not let stick).
    Just before serving, add sour cream; let come just to a boil.
    Serve over egg noodles.
    (I use the narrow noodles, cooked according to directions.)
