Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    8 pieces chicken (breasts, thighs or pieces from 2 cut up chickens)
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Pour into a large baking dish. Arrange chicken on top of this. Dot with butter. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours, uncovered, or until tender. Add more water if needed.
    Do not salt as onion mix has plenty.
