Pecan Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up and skinned
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients; stir well.
Dip chicken in milk and dredge in mixture.
Place chicken in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour butter over top.
Bake for 1 hour.
