Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. cracker meal
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 carton sour cream
    1/2 can mushroom or chicken cream soup
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    2 lb. squash
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook squash and mix onion until tender; add salt.
    Drain squash.
    Melt butter.
    Add stuffing mix.
    Stir in sour cream and soup.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
