Curried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cabbage, shredded
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. curry
dash of black pepper
3/4 c. low-fat milk
Preparation

Cook cabbage in 1/2-inch of water for about 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Drain.
Melt margarine.
Add flour, curry and pepper; stir.
Add milk; continue to stir until smooth.
Pour sauce over cabbage and serve.
