Ingredients

2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar or 6 packets Sweet 'N Low
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Pour into jars.
Cover and chill several hours or until set.
Keep stored in refrigerator.
Makes approximately 3 cups.
