Lentil Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. lentils
2 Tbsp. vegetable seasoning
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 cloves garlic
2 large white potatoes, cut up
4 carrots, cut up
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
-
Rinse lentils, drain and place in a pot.
Add 8 cups water and all ingredients.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
