Grandma'S Butter Jam Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften the margarine; cream in sugar, egg yolks and vanilla. Blend.
    Add flour.
    Roll into little balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet (1-inch apart).
    Press down in center with thumb. Fill centers with raspberry, peach or apricot preserves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
