Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned lima beans (if using frozen, need more liquid)
    2 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. liquid from beans
Preparation
    Drain liquid from beans.
    Save.
    Mix beans with the grated onion, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter.
    Add crumbs and stir until butter is absorbed.
    Blend the mushroom soup with the liquid from the beans.
    Arrange alternate layers of beans, soup and buttered crumbs in greased, uncovered casserole.
    Top with crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
