Rice Picnic Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chicken broth (canned chicken broth may be used)
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    3 jars artichokes, cut in cubes (reserve the juice)
