Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Beat sugar, eggs and salt until mixture is lemon colored.
Add butter and flour; blend well and add milk.
Stir in 1 cup coconut and pour in unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top and bake in slow oven for 1 hour.
