Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts
2 (10 oz.) broccoli spears, chopped (frozen)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

Microwave chicken, almost covered with water, 15 minutes on High. Cool for 5 minutes. Pull off bone and shred. Put broccoli in microwave. Combine broccoli, chicken, cheese, onion and mayonnaise. Put in oblong pan; salt and pepper to taste. Cover with stuffing mix and bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles.
