Fried Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. broth or water
    3 c. cold water
    3 c. cornmeal (white or yellow)
    4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat broth.
    Mix together cold
    water
    and cornmeal and salt. Add to hot broth and cook 1
    hour.
    Put
    in Pyrex bread pan to cool and then refrigerate.
    Slice 1/4-inch thick.
    Roll in flour and fry in skillet.
    Serve with apple butter, pancake syrup, etc.
