Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chunk pineapple (save juice)
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook
    flour,
    pineapple
    juice,
    butter, eggs and sugar until slightly
    thickened.
    Let cool slightly.
    Add pineapple and cheese.
    I
    use 1 1/2 quart Corning Ware bowl.
    Refrigerate.
    Will keep several days and is just as good then as when you first made it.
