Lemon Curd Meringues - cooking recipe

3 egg whites
pinch of salt
3/4 c. caster sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (12 oz.) jar lemon curd
Preparation

Meringues can be made several days ahead and stored in airtight container in freezer.
Recipe makes 48 shells.
