Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, crust removed and diced
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. mayo
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated mild cheese
Preparation
    Place 2 slices of diced bread cubes in bottom of a casserole dish.
    Mix together chicken, mayo, onion and pepper.
    Spread over cubes.
    Add remaining cubes.
    Beat eggs and milk; pour over cubes. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
    Spread soup and cheese over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
