Tangy Fruit Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    2/3 c. chopped kiwi
    1/2 c. chopped orange sections
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
    Great served with Ricotta Cream.
