Curly Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. mini lasagna noodles
    9 oz. pkg. frozen, diced chicken meat
    8 oz. can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
    Pour chicken broth into a large saucepan.
    Place on burner over high heat and cover.
    When the broth boils, stir in the mini lasagna noodles.
    Let the broth boil again.
    Turn the burner to medium-low.
    Cover the pan and cook 12 minutes or until the noodles are almost tender.
    Stir in the chicken meat, stewed tomatoes and vegetables.
    Turn the burner to medium-high.
    Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until the soup boils again.
    Turn off the burner.
    Remove saucepan from heat and serve.
    Yield:
    4 servings (6 cups).
