No-Fat Blackberry Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh blackberries, crushed
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. powdered pectin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
    Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; stir 3 minutes. Immediately pour spread into freezer containers, leaving 1/2 inch headspace; cover at once with lids.
    Cool to room temperature. Freeze.
    Yield:
    2 cups (18 calories and 0% fat per tablespoon).
