Blender Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
fruit (optional)
cinnamon
Preparation

Blend the first 6 ingredients for 5 minutes and then 2 minutes on puree.
Butter an 8 x 8-inch aluminum pan.
If fruit is to be added, drain and pour into pan.
Pour cheese mixture on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with cinnamon after baking.
