Zucchini Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, coarsely grated
    1 tsp. tarragon vinegar or white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. (packed) fresh parsley, chopped fine after measuring
    1/4 c. finely chopped chives
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put zucchini, vinegar, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt in bowl lined with a double thickness of cheesecloth.
    Toss gently.
    Cover and set aside for 1 hour.
    After 1 hour, gather ends of cheesecloth and squeeze to drain as much as possible.
