Red Beans And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (15.5 oz.) can red beans
    1 large tomato
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    1 garlic clove
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine rice, red beans, tomato, green bell pepper, red onion and garlic; mix well.
