Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 can pumpkin
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 c. raisins or dates
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl with electric mixer.
    Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
    Pour mixture evenly in all 4 cans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Allow to cool and remove from cans.
