Chicken Breasts In Sour Cream(Serves 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can dry sherry
1/2 to 3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
paprika (on top)
Preparation

Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that they do not overlap.
Cover with fresh mushrooms.
Combine soup, sherry and sour cream in small bowl.
Stir well and pour over chicken and mushrooms.
Make sure completely covered.
Dust with paprika and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
