Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. onion soup
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 c. water
2 oz. mushrooms
Preparation
-
Mix meat, crumbs, 1/4 cup dry soup mix, milk and the eggs. Shape into patties and brown in shortening.
Put rest of soup mix and flour with the water in skillet.
Stir in mushrooms.
