Honolulu Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken together.
    Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour over chicken and marinate 1 to 2 hours.
    Grill approximately 10 minutes.
    Top with pineapple slices and serve with rice.
