Cheesy Vegetable Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 medium zucchini, sliced
    2 medium cloves garlic, minced
    3 1/2 c. Prego extra chunky mushroom and diced onion spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 c. cooked corkscrew macaroni (3 1/2 c. dry)
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook zucchini with garlic until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally. Stir in spaghetti sauce and Parmesan cheese.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Toss with hot macaroni.
    Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
    Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Makes 6 cups or 6 servings.
