Broccoli Tomato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, partially cooked
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 can tomato paste (small can)
    2 cans water
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. or more mixed cheeses (Parmesan, Mozzarella, etc.)
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 small cans mushrooms
    dash of garlic
    1/2 c. wine
Preparation
    Melt
    shortening,
    saute
    mushrooms
    and
    garlic.
    Add tomato paste,
    water
    and
    wine.\tMix dry ingredients and add slowly to saucepan.
    Stir in cheese and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Layer
    everything
    and put in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
