Crawfish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 clove garlic
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1/2 bunch shallots
    parsley
    oil
    8 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Make roux with flour and oil.
    Add seasonings and saute; add crawfish and cook about 10 minutes.
    Add soup, shallots, and parsley.
    Cook until desired consistency.
