Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 lb. beef brisket (lean)
onion, celery and garlic salt
salt
sugar
liquid smoke
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
brown sugar
Open Pit barbecue sauce
Preparation

Trim all fat from brisket.
Sprinkle on both sides and rub in the onion, celery and garlic salt.
Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of sugar, a few drops of liquid smoke and Lea & Perrins.
Wrap in heavy-duty foil overnight in refrigerator.
