Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. grated carrots
    3 1/2 oz. coconut (1 1/2 c.)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix and beat sugar, eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Add pineapple, coconut, nuts and carrots.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan, about 45 to 50 minutes.
