Pecan Brittle Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. pecans
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup, salt and water.
Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Stir in pecans.
Cook until 300\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
Turn heat off.
Add baking soda and butter.
Pour out on cookie sheet.
Cool.
Break into pieces.
