Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken
    2 c. rice
    1 c. celery
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
    season with salt and pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut up chicken; sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken.
    Put in pan.
    Slice margarine over chicken; cut green pepper and celery. Put over chicken.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
