Sombreros El Grande - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese spread, cubed
    4 (7 1/2-inch) flour tortillas
    1 small can chili beans, drained
    1 small can whole kernel corn, drained (optional)
    1 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. chopped tomato
    cucumber dressing
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain.
    Add onions and cook until tender.
    Stir in cheese spread.
    Cover; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
    Fry tortillas in 1/2-inch hot oil until crisp and golden, turning once.
    Drain.
    Top tortillas with meat mixture, beans, corn, lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with dressing.
    Serves 4.
