Italian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 large red onion, sliced thin and separated
    1/2 c. pimento, chopped
    1 can artichokes
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, onion, pimento and artichokes.
    Combine oil and vinegar; pour over salad mixture. Toss and chill.
    Season with salt, garlic salt and pepper.
