Zucchini And Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 portion frozen zucchini-tomato mixture, thawed
Preparation

Brown beef in skillet, stirring often and breaking up large pieces.
Remove excess fat.
Add flour and stir.
Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Place mushrooms on top of meat.
Mix vinegar with thawed zucchini-tomato mixture and pour over meat.
Sprinkle top with herbs.
Cover and simmer slowly about 20 minutes.
