Heavenly Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
    2 pkg. coconut
    2 small cartons sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Prepare cake according to directions on package.
    Split in 4 layers.
    The evening before (must sit several hours) mix coconut, sour cream and sugar.
    Following day divide in half.
    Add 1 carton Cool Whip to each half.
    Use half to fill layers and half to frost cake.
