Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 rounded tsp. baking powder
31 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Blend sugar and oil.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Sift salt, flour and baking powder together.
Add eggs and beat until batter is smooth.
Spread 1/2 of batter in greased 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Cover with pie filling; spread evenly.
Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
