Sour Cream Velvet Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt chocolate morsels over hot water, transfer to a large bowl.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Blend in sour cream, vanilla flavoring and salt.
    Gradually blend in confectioners sugar, beat until smooth and creamy.
    Makes frosting for 2 layers.
