Meat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, grated
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    garlic salt
    salt and pepper
    2 cans refrigerator biscuits
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Mix meat, onion and cream cheese together.
    Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Flatten biscuits and place small amount of meat mixture on each biscuit.
    Crimp edges.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet for 20 to 25 minutes at 300\u00b0 until brown.
