Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cranberries
    1/2 c. nuts
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bake for 1 hour in a greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0.
