Black Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, drained
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. olive oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 cloves garlic
    1 large red pepper
    1 medium green pepper
    1 purple onion
Preparation
    Drain beans in colander. Defrost corn. Add the two together along with red and green peppers and onion. Set aside for 30 minutes.
