Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing is best)
    6 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook spinach and drain\twell.
    Mash
    a little at a time through colander to remove as much water as possible.
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    Roll in 3/4 to 1-inch balls. Freeze.
    Thaw and bake
    20\tminutes at 350\u00b0.
    (It is important that the balls be frozen.) Yields 75.
