Peach Cobbler Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peaches
Preparation
    Put 1 stick margarine in 9 x 13-inch baking dish to melt.
    Mix 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour with 1/2 cup shortening and 1/3 cup milk.
    Roll out; put 2 cups of fruit on dough.
    Roll up like jelly roll and cut up.
    Put fruit and dough in melted margarine.
    Heat 2 cups sugar and 2 cups juice or water.
    Pour over dough.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
