Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    dash of pepper
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until tender and drain. Melt margarine; blend in flour. Add milk. Cook and stir until thick. Add cheese and pepper. Stir until melted. Mix sauce with macaroni. Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes until bubbly and browned. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
