Wilted Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, hard-cooked
    4 slices bacon
    1/3 c. sliced spring onions, sliced thin
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 c. fresh spinach, torn
Preparation
    Fry bacon; remove from skillet.
    Add onions to drippings. Soften over medium heat.
    Add remaining ingredients (except spinach).
    Place spinach in large bowl.
    Pour hot dressing over spinach.
    Add crumpled bacon and chopped egg; toss lightly and serve immediately.
    Serves 4.
