Chicken Chunky Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken (fryer), cut up
    3 large glasses water
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients over low heat about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. When chicken is tender, remove from pot and keep warm.
    Mix about 3 tablespoons flour with some chicken broth until thin.
    Pour flour mixture back into pot and stir until gravy thickens.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
