Homemade Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 egg
    2 tsp. water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water.
    Mix flour, sugar and salt in bowl.
    Add yeast to flour mixture in bowl.
    Knead and shape dough. Brush with egg mixture.
    Bake at 420\u00b0 and eat.
