Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl, making a well in center of mixture.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour into well.
    Stir enough to mix ingredients but do not beat.
    Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Delicious warm or cold.
    Makes 2 loaves.
