Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients and stir until well mixed.
    If too thick, add a little more milk.
    Spoon onto hot griddle and bake until golden on both sides.
    Serve hot with butter and syrup of your choice.
